It’s incredible how a shift in mindset – challenging my ingrained thoughts around how things ‘should be’, some good quality education like these workshops and some small adjustments to how we work can yield enormous results – shifting an employee from feeling like a problem to performing like a superstar!

Our Signature Workshops

Our workshops deliver a complete learning experience.

We have two signature workshops that we deliver as public workshop or in-house at your workplace. We also provide tailored training designed to suit to specific need and environment.

Workshop 1 – Building Neuro-inclusive Foundations is a half day workshop suitable for everyone.

Workshop 2 – The Inclusive Leadership advantage is a one day workshop aimed at those with leadership responsibilities.

Every session includes:

  • Pre-workshop video to prepare participants.
  • Experiential learning activities to build connection and maximise learning.
  • Post-workshop surveys to measure learning impact.
  • Up to four weeks of bite-sized follow-up content to embed key concepts, reinforce learning, and ensure real-world application.

Our evidence-informed workshops are designed to equip teams with the tools they need to create lasting, neuro-inclusive change. We deliver both of our signature workshops as public workshops – pay per head, or as an in-house option for a more cost effective approach that gets to more of your people.

Workshop 1: Building Neuro-inclusive Foundations

A three hour workshop delivered online or in person.

“Creating everyday inclusion — from the ground up.”

Workshop 2: The Inclusive Leadership Advantage

A one day experiential, in person workshop.

“Leading inclusively — with strategy, empathy, and accountability.”

Audience: Team leaders, people managers, department heads, execs
Focus: Managerial responsibility, leadership behaviour, systemic change

    Key Themes:

    • Psychological safety as a leadership responsibility

“The workshop provided an excellent foundation for our leadership team, especially for managers who work with—or identify as—neurodivergent. The combination of lived experience and practical strategies made the content deeply relatable and immediately applicable. It helped us better understand the traits and needs of neurodivergent employees, while encouraging us to reflect on our communication and leadership styles. The engaging format, personal stories, and opportunity to ask questions made for a powerful learning experience. I’m confident this will support our managers to foster more inclusive, productive, and psychologically safe workplaces.”

“This workshop was incredibly insightful and practical. It really made me reflect on the language I use and how I can better support neurodivergent students during placements. The presenters’ lived experience added depth and authenticity, helping me think more critically about how we engage with nursing students. I gained a deeper awareness of neurodivergent experiences, as well as practical strategies to create a more inclusive environment. The opportunity to ask questions, hear personal stories, and access additional resources made it a rich and engaging learning experience. I’m leaving with new tools and a commitment to reflect more intentionally on my practice so I can continue to improve and stay responsive to the needs of others.”

The course broadened my awareness of neurodiversive leadership. It also provided tools that I can use and implement to increase (more effective) participation at work.
