We partnered with Patricia to create a virtual event on World Autism Awareness Day. Our goal was to raise awareness and start a conversation about Autism and neurodiversity in the workplace, which we accomplished thanks to Patricia’s engaging and informative presentation. As a keynote speaker, Patricia’s professionalism shone through from our initial communication through to the main event itself, which was attended by + 230 staff. Patricia’s presentation struck the perfect balance between being informative and providing practical examples of how to support neurodivergent colleagues. The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive and this event will pave the way for ongoing training and sharing of information in support of our neurodiverse workplace.

We found the Mindset Shifts presentation most informative.  Staff commented on how the presentation has created more awareness around what nuances to look out for and how easily certain presumptions can be made regards certain behaviours. It was thought provoking and created a new found awareness.
